The Case For Keeping Up On It
Why Do It Right The First Time
- Selective vs. scrape. Keeping the right mature trees adds value and shade; we clear what has to go and protect what is worth keeping.
- Erosion. A lot cleared and left bare on a slope will gully in the first monsoon. We grade and plan drainage as we clear.
- Regrowth and weeds. Disturbed Arizona ground grows weeds and invasive grass aggressively - a clearing plan should include what happens next.
- Fire and liability. An overgrown vacant parcel is a fire and dumping liability for the owner. Clearing and maintaining it protects you and the neighbors.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you do small acreage and full building lots?
Both - from a quarter-acre infill lot in town to multi-acre rural parcels. We scale the equipment to the job and the access.
Can you clear just the fence line or property line?
Yes. Fence-line and right-of-way clearing is a common standalone job - we open a working corridor so you can build or repair fence and reduce fuel along the boundary.
Do you handle the debris or do I?
We handle it. Brush is chipped, wood is hauled or stacked, and the site is left clean. We do not leave slash piles.
Will you grade the lot after clearing?
Yes - rough grading is usually included, and we can finish-grade and cut in a driveway or building pad. See grading & drainage.
